Someone who is trying to be on top of it all, especially when it comes to understanding of values, but in fact is only a poser. In a simple term, he is a total idiot.

Hudli

Someone who doesn't have his/her own opinion during debate or heated argument. He agrees with all parties just to remain friends with them.

(example while playing football/soccer)
Person A: Hey! That was a clear faul!
Hudli: Yeah, I think it was a faul if you think it was a faul.
Person B: That wasn't a faul, you fell yourself!
Hudli: If you don't think it wasnt't faul, it probably wasn't then.
