The process of which a tea bag, eg green tea, is being repeatedly dunked into the cup.
Dunking is the past tense of dinking.

Bob: Hey what you doing?
Kirk: Just hold on a second.....i'm dinking my tea bag.
Bob: *hangs up*
Kirk: Bob....Bob?
