When you criticism someone in a way that isn't serious, you're being sarcastic. Especially when you make it really obvious to the person that you're just having some fun and don't mean what you say. Online, often emphasised with silly smilies and such!

Dragon Chaser

1. A heroin addict. One that 'chases the dragon', the elusive first high that can never be matched.

2. Anyone that's constantly attempted to re-experience a first or best high of any kind that will never be as good as it was before.

2. 'He's been a dragon chaser since he had a little fame 10 years ago, and in-spite of not being recognised, he's still addicted to it'
