Dossy: (verb) Somebody who dosses around, a dosser doing what he does. Normally an insult at a friend telling him he looks homeless. Somebody who looks like a vagrant, a vagabond, and needs to invest in his appearance

Johnny: Erm, you look a bit dossy mate, dont you have anything smart to wear?

Max: Dossy as hell, i didnt even brush my teethe vause i was running late
