Thickys Gourmet Cookies by the 8"x8" pan {16-2"x2" cookies}, developed in the 80's by Randall L. Dunn, to satisfy craving for some what of a healthier snack but still smacked of the taste of butter, molasses and had lots of stuff in it. The Milk chocolate chips, Peanut butter chips, Walnuts are wrapped in a dough of unbleached enriched flour, real butter, real vanilla extract, whole eggs sweetened with dark brown sugar, white sugar, fructose sugar with a touch of baking soda, baking powder and salt.
