Boss Chen

He is known virtually by the generality of West Canada, Boss Chen is infamous for his many run-ins with the law. He is not to be confused with the typical "honger", as the media recognize him as an outlaw who just does not give a fuck nigguh. Extreme cautious must be practiced when using this term, as there is severe negative connotations attached related to organized crime.
