A Bay is an individual that is the subject of a joke allegation that doesn't realize it is a joke and gets upset, denies the joke, thusly outing the allegation as true.

Joker: You a thot, andy slipped that u sent him Tata pics.

A Bay: Didn't but ok, also dont play god and tell everyone what is moral and what isnt.
