Niev

Niev is a common term used by kids and gangsters all over North America. It refers to a tall black man with an Afro, which must be a stereotypical black man and smoke/drink as well. Niev is not a bad thing, it is a compliment.

"Yo where we goin, Sam?" "We are heading over to Tyrone's place! He's such a damn Niev, and can get us free weed!"
