Green toe

Green toe, also referred to as GT is a reference made to female genitilia which has not been sterilised sufficiently, therefore forming a crust like layer on the inner and outter genital regions. This may also be referred to as "Crusty Flaps".

one might say to one's friend named Gant, "Gant, smell the green toe on ya hi!"
