A person who feigns interest in you as a friend, or potential lover, or even an associate. However, in reality they do things that’s counter-productive to it becoming anything but that.

Usually cancelling dates, or being one-sided, not contributing their share on outings, etc.

Gregory: Hey man, what’s going on today? Want to have some drinks tonight and maybe go on a stroll?

Thom: Sure, I’m down...what time do you have in mind?

Gregory (2 hours later): Sorry I had something come up, so I can’t join you tonight. Enjoy Chicago!
