One who updates one's status on Facebook, Twitter, or another social site, when in the midst of an extreme mood shift. (Most items posted in this way will be deleted a few minutes later, when the original poster is calm again)

Dave: Did you read Jill's status update? She sounds upset.

Joe: Nah, she's just having another mood swing. She's such a roller-poster.
