To molest, bother, assault, coerce, fondle, inappropriately touch (bad touch), aggressive behavior. Can also be subbed for "pause".

Man, I just got Diddied! (When the TSA agent feels between your legs looking for drugs and guns in the airport line)
"Don't Diddy me!" (Don't touch me inappropriately)

"I like to get in the jacuzzi with my clothes off. It's more relaxing that way. No Diddy." (Scenario: a man talking with his bros about how prefers to be naked in the jacuzzi, usually "Pause" is the language usually used to disassociate ones self with homosexual behavior amongst straight men)
