This term got heavily popularised and joked about by the Japanese VTuber company: Hololive. The term refers to big breasts. And there are memes about boing boing and pettan and usually theyâre making fun of a former Hololive VTuber Uriah Rushia because she is flat unlike most of the other members.

A video going around in mostly the UK recently in April 13th of an 8 year old autistic boy getting beaten up by a 14 year old named Lexi Bonner and some other kid after he asks to be friends with her at the park.
