IPS

Abbreviated form of "Inconvenienced Penis Syndrome." The state in which men bundle up any important feelings, but feel the need to raise attention to every minor inconvenience that everybody else deals with in silent grace.

"Why's James getting all arsey now?"
"He says that somebody on the bus got in his way when he tried to get off."
"Oh, so nothing important, just IPS?"
