A higher pitched and/or softer tone of voice used by a person in an attempt to appear cuter than they really are. Mainly used by overweight or unattractive girls.

Did you see that fake ass girl at the party? She should start wearing clothes that can actually fit her fat ass. I bet that wasn't even her real voice, that bitch hella chudders.
