The act of pissing in one's hair. Usually performed in a state of high anger, stress, or intoxication. Originated from urinating on someone, but taking it to a whole new level.

"I was so mad yesterday"
"Really? What did you do about it?"
"I pulled a rockford and pissed all over Jim's hair when we were driving to the party."
