The grossest level possible. An insult used on only the grimeyst of the grimey. Similar to janky except to a far worse degree. Intended to insult the biggest slut in your area.

John: "Dude, I heard Margaret willingly hooked up with six dudes at once in a cemetary!"

David: "Probably - They don't call her Optimus Grime for no reason."
