Sick in the Dome

Referring to someone who has said something which is either incorrect or just plain stupid.

Also you can be referred to as sick in the dome if you have taken a large quantity of drink or drugs.

House: Where the hell is Thomas the Swan?
Choi: Your sick in the dome.
