This occurs when one employs a low grade, poorly remunerated hairdresser or barber who, on occasion, cuts the hair above the ears unevenly. The result is that after a few weeks of growth the hair bears resemblance to Donald Trump's toupée, i.e. ridiculous.

This term can be utilised in two main forms; "trump" and "trumped".
1. "Thats a fantastic 'trump' young man, where did you get it?"
2. "Unfortunately I have been 'trumped' again."
