Pass A Baby

A verb referring to when you have had too much food at an all you can eat restaurant, and are so full that you look a few months pregnant, needing to take a huge crap therefore relieving of that crap "baby".

S: OMG guys, my stomach hurts so bad from all you can eat sushi.

N: So go and pass a baby, and then come back and have some more!
