A battle cry used on the regular by team swollzilla. Used when achieving glory in the weight room by putting up an incredible amount of weight.

Also used in more subtle ways during conversation.

Swollzilla #1: (puts up amazing amount of weight) "BON!"

Swollzilla #2: That was heavy shit, bon. You going out tonight after this, bon?

Swollzilla #1: Yeah, bon. Fitting ta get my mac on, bon.
