When someone is considered to be a slag. The higher the intensity of the slag-ish-ness the larger the number at the end of the phrase.

Girl 1: "Ohmygod have you seen that Chelsea, she's a bit of a one?"

Girl 2: "Naa mate, she's at least a 3"
