Burgery

Performing surgery on a sandwich that you get from a fast food chain (i.e. McDonald's), because of the fact that the buns are placed offset with the meat in between.

My friend Eric went to McDonald's, ordered a McDouble plain, and before he could eat it, he had to perform burgery
