Jenga!

When you focus so intently on a game of Jenga that you get a boner and knock over the table and also lose the game by knocking the entire stack of Jenga pieces onto the floor.

The term "Jenga" was later used when something vaguely sexual was mentioned, or when a hot piece of ass walked by.

Alex's reaction to a pair of Alpiner girls appearing on the slideshow at Camp, whispering to himself delightedly "Jenga!".

Josh looked in the mirror at his freshly combed hair, shark tooth necklace and speed dealer sunglasses, popped a boner and exalted "JENGA!"
