They met during a low rider race in Los Santos in the mission Caesar Vialpando. When Sweet sent his brother CJ to check out on her sister because Sweet doesn't trust Caesar because he's from the Varrios Los Aztecas Group. He's the cousin of her crazy cousin Catalina which CJ meets in the future mid-game
