The term, 'Shnaber', refers to an individual who typically lacks knowledge, and is of the Caucasian descent. An authentic 'Shnaber' favors in consuming fairly high dosages of Medical Cannabis and Starbucks iced-coffee--either with half-and-half or heavy cream.
