A really annoying, or very irritating person.

Tom: Hey, can you pass me my phone charger. My battery is getting pretty low.
Joe: What percentage is it on?
Tom: Dammit Joe, quit being a fag and pass me my damn charger.

Perk

Passive Ability.

An ability that doesn't require any input to be used. An ability that comes naturally, once learned (if it needs to be).

Having a Quick Learning Ability (perk) allows you to learn things much quicker than what would normally be expected.
