An exclamation similar to “oh no,” shortened from the phrase “uh oh Spaghetti-Os. Can also be a verb meaning to ejaculate inside a girl, usually a redhead.

Friend 1: “This customer is taking the whole two hours to test, I’ll be getting off work an hour late today because of it!”
Friend 2: “Skets!”
