Skinny tits

Most common in old men. Usually the man shirtless will be very skinny but still over the years devoloped small man boobs that sag halfway down the chest.

Chris has a skinny grandfather but when he took his shirt off I found out he had a case of the skinny tits. They were almost down to the belly button!
