It's usally a male who treated a girl wrong or cheated on her whit someone important in her life. Or it can just be a person you dislike and don't want anything to do whit.

Sandra: My boyfriend cheated on me whit his ex.
Tuva: Get over him, he's bad.
Sandra: I can't I love him.
Tuva: Just get over him, he's a dickhead and you deserve better.
