Splash back caused by careless high-pressure peeing into a urinal. In rare cases the splash back hits your face and beard. Also a term to descibe a delinquant.

Man 1: Yo whats with them splash marks on your sneakers?
Man 2: Just been for a pee, was really desperate and caught some nasty dicksplash
