A forging station creating ornate swords.
Your emotions are the fire - they create the weapons you will use on your journey.
The cool thing about that is that emotions donât have to be right or wrong or âmake senseâ. You get to play with them and feel them. When someone really offends or hurts you, you have the power to not hold anything against them by turning the attention towards yourself.
You are significant so your emotions are interesting. Thereâs so much to explore there. You get to hold space for yourself. See what kinds of fire burn in you. The stronger the fire, the more powerful. Handle cautiously.
Even when a friend makes your feelings about condemning your offender, realize the time and space is being taken away from you.
Itâs all about you. Accommodate for what is going on inside you. Give it all the attention it needs, and then some.
No need to turn your attention to the other person. Itâs all about you.
Example 1 - on Dec 27, those emotions came from another realm. They do not belong to this world. You can tell just by the magnitude of their power. They forged your capacity to see the Central Dogma of Self Esteem : You are enough just because you exist. The Passion Forging Station is on the move!
Example 2 - Anger points to what I value. I get angry every time someone looks at a vulnerable situation I am in and goes âohhhh Stephanie! That muse be sooooo hard!â Or they talk about it to their friends with maudlin sympathy for me! How dare they! Tell me what my experience means to me!
This shows I value courage. That in each of these moments, to me, it is not a moment of pity, but a moment I prove, once again, I embody COURAGE. And I want others to know - they will respect that!
A girl who is the opposite of the Imposter Syndrome Girl.
A Pick Me Girl feels no need to self-sabotage when blessings come her way. She is full of gratitude. She sees the excitement and beauty in each situation in life. And is not afraid to be selfish for such exciting and beautiful things.
Childlike, bold, go-getting, and full of self-love, she gleefully squeals âPick me! Pick me! Pick me!â Over and over again
That is why she is called a Pick Me Girl
July 31 - It is Mariaâs 5th birthday party. Her and her 5 friends are sitting on the living room carpet - Maria, Stephanie, Alyssa, Doug, Jack, Lindsey.
Mariaâs mother ties a pastel blue balloon animal in the shape of a dog.
Mariaâs mother: âWho wants this oneâ-?â
Stephanie: âPick meeeeeEEEEEEE!!!!!â
Mariaâs mother: âoh Stephanie! You are such a Pick Me girl!â
Example 2:
Karina: âHey Julie, I have my first client as a Psychedelic Guide on Tuesday. Iâm feeling imposter syndromeâ
Julie: âitâs normal to feel this way. Just remember the phrase Pick Me Girl.â
Karina: âOh yeah!!!â
