Derived from when a killer leaves his murder victim on the scene of the crime.

Used mostly in past tense, unless when the the deceased person speaking of is being left by his or her murderer at that specific time.

"Yo dawg, word on the street is dude who clipped Big L was freshout from doing time up north and got left on 139 & Lenox last night."
