Fried Bologna Sandwich

A very obese and sunburnt man, whips the pus from his blisters on to his "meat." He then casually inserts his meat between a ladies "buns."
In this example the pus is simulated mustard.

After a Caribbean cruise, I gave my boss a fried bologna sandwich.
