To be a valley legend means you must 1. Live in the valley and 2. Wilding af at parties or being a Soundcloud Rapper are perfect examples. âValley legendâ can also be a term used by City kids to make fun of popular valley kids. Basically, anyone popular and wild from the valley can be characterized as a Valley legend.
