Dean

Dean is someone who is absolutely terrible and is addicted to drugs. Dean hurts others and is hugely selfish. Nobody like Dean.

Me: “Omg is that Dean?”
Friend: “He looks awful!”
Me: “Guess the drugs finally got to him.”
