The act of placing one's sack in another's mouth whilst in a reverse squatting position and then proceeding to a tickle-fest, which causes the teabaggee to panic and squirm resulting in pleasure for the teabagger. First coined by Steven F Austin at a Saloon on the Colorado River in Waterloo, the phrase gained popularity in the late 1830s and Waterloo was changed to Austin, Texas in commemoration of the phrase.
Person 1: Tonight, will you teabag me again?
Person 2: I'm gonna throw you an Austin Tea Party.
