is my fish sleeping

if someone ask you that if you fish is sleeping it is just upside down on top of the fish bowl and to dispose of it is to flush it down the toilet.

P.S don't tell your kids

Mom: yes my son it is now go back to your room
Son: ok
Mom: honey go flush it down the toilet
