An individual who makes random deer/donkey noises when intoxicated. A Jelen is usually clueless and the most clueless Jelens usually have their eyes too close together. Jelens cannot be stand because their presences are too unbearable. Stupidity is contagious and too much irritation ruins the soul.

That guy is such a Jelen, he thinks every female wants to be more than friends.

That Jelen vomited in the sink instead of the toilet, which is not too surprising.
