Sister wife

A female lover of a woman who is already married their partner. And the partner is totally cool with it and gets in on the action every once in a while, but the female lover is purely in the relationship romanticly with the woman married to the partner. In some instances the female lover is romanticly involved with the married partner as well as the original female. This could also work with two male partners and the female lover is included in the same way as discribed above.
