Shower Monster

Much like a Blanket Monster a Shower Monster is any of the following:
a. A person who is constantly showering
b. A person who uses up all the hot water and leaves others to freeze
c. A person who takes an excessively long time in the shower (A.K.A. Bathroom Monster)

A. Since Bill was a germaphobe he was constantly taking showers, this earned him the nick name 'The Shower Monster.'
B. When Cindy was at camp it seemed as if you was always preceded by a Shower Monster. Not once her entire time there did she get a hot shower.
C. Jose's older sister was such a Shower Monster that often times she didn't leave the bathroom until after breakfast.

Blanket Monster

a. A person who hogs the blankets or otherwise raps them around themselves when in bed

b. A person who is constantly under the cover of a blanket (i.e. TheBlanketMonster)

c. A person who does not like to get out of bed

Josh: "Jeez, I was cold all last night. My wife hogged the covers like they were her children."

Carl: "Sounds like she's a real Blanket Monster"

Lorette: "Haha, you know TheBlanketMonster? It's like she lives under that comforter."

Tyler: "Too true, TheBlanketMonster is definitely a Blanket Monster"

C.
Mother #1: "Gosh, I never knew raising a teenage girl would be this hard. She absolutely refuses to get out of bed."

Mother #2: "You and me both, my Cindy only gets up when I threaten to not make her breakfast. Or as she puts it 'starve her'"

Mother #3: "looks like you've both got real Blanket Monsters on your hands."

First Chapter Syndrome

A common disease amongst fanfiction writers, affects your ability to write a fic beyond the first chapter. The writer is never satisfied with the first chapter of his/her fic and thus can not finish said fic.

Due to Mary-Sue's first chapter syndrome, she was not able to finish the fanfic she was writing in time for the contest deadline.
