1. A person or organization that intentionally inhibits a business from closing their duties within its operational hours. These individuals will enter a retail store, restaurant, or business- with the explicit purpose of detaining the employees on the premises from going home for the day.

Hire Hazing

When a business wants a specific employee from another business, without having to offer competitive wages or benefits, they will file complaints or false reports about the employee they want in order to get them fired from their current position. Then they won’t have to appeal to applicants with bigger incentives to work for them.

“Did you hear about the complaints for Cathy? She never has a bad review! I hope the new salon in town isn’t trying to steal her from us by Hire Hazing!”

Confederate Trash

noun: A person or people who believe in or willingly uphold a Patriarchal focused society, propagating discriminatory principles which have repeatedly been debunked including white supremacy, misogyny, eugenics, bigotry, etc.

Despite what it’s name may suggest, Confederate Trash is representative of an entire problematic narrative instead of a region- so anyone may be considered Confederate Trash anywhere they need to be identified as such! This term can be globally recognized for describing a nuisance brought upon by extremism.

Boy: “Women need to shut their legs if they don’t want problems!”

Girl: “okay Confederate Trash”
