zen-alcoholic

when you like drinking alcohol per se but regard a teaspoon of whisky as the right dose to draw the pleasure of drinking. The tablespoon is then at the boundary to alcoholism. You stay within the field of Zen combining the pleasures of body and mind.

My wife and me, we are zen-alcoholics. It is our zen philosophy to enjoy whisky etc. but because alcohol with wine at lunch and at dinner is accumulating through the day, we restrict to the enjoyable minimum. This gives the pleasure of nice drinks plus the good feeling of self-mastery, it is just zen.

Hypercapitalism

Hypercapitalism is the brusque and blunt way in which today's super billionaires exercise their power. Examples include Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos.

The purchase of Twitter through Elon Musk was a typical act of hypercapitalism. This is power through a gigantic amount of money.

Israel paradox

It is the paradox that Israel was meant to be a safe haven for the Jews of the world. Now, conversely, Israel's actions are creating insecurity for Jews in many countries.

The Israeli army's actions provoked counter-demonstrations in many countries, from New York to Berlin and Istanbul. The Israel Paradox is at work again.

autrie

Literally the opposite of "selfie":
Be photographed by another person the old fashioned way. Often (previously) asking a third person "Could you please make of photo of me/us?".
Derived from the French "autre" other resp. "autrui" others imitative to the rhyme of "selfie"

After having made some selfies, he asked a passer-by to make a real autrie.

While selfies are more intimate, an autrie is much more formal with a correct perspective.

Autrie

While a selfie is a photo of oneself, an autrie is a snapshot of others.

It is derived from the French word "autre" oder "autrui", the others, and is pronounced as /otʀɥi/ or approximately outree. Just phonetically fitting to "selfie, but just the opposite social action.

My friend, you do not need to make an awesome selfie from you two, I can do an autrie .

To make a selfie is stupid, to make an autrie is social.
