A person or noun that seems to me less than a mental patient, and more than a dumb kid. Sometimes used to describe retarted people as well as calling them autistic.

(Brandon) Hey man, you see the furry club?
(Aidan) Na man, they are a bunch of feaks who creep me out.
(Brandon) Is this because of all the fucking fandoms that ruin ifunny?
