Rusty nut

Rusty nut: (noun)1. Primarily sexual in reference, a rusty nut is the condition of a scrotum that has been made red either due to slapping or some other form of trauma to the scrotal region.
2. Alternatively, rusty nut is a derogatory term referring to a man with red hair.
