A mother who, despite repeated explanations, still cant figure out how to use the television/stereo/computer etc etc.

Generally middle-aged and a source of great frustration to their technologically savvy partner/children

TIM: "How do I use this remote?"
Child/Partner: "Oh sweet Jesus....I explained this 6 times already in the last three weeks..."
TIM: "But its got lots of buttons..."
Child/Partner: "You're such a TIM"
