One who, while not a Clinton supporter, plans to vote for her because he could never vote for Trump, and wants to be certain that his vote helps to defeat him. He recognizes that a vote for Johnson or Stein would be ineffectual. Hence, rather than casting a vote FOR Clinton, he is "Voting against Trump with extreme prejudice."
