Origin: "Omnisyllabic" was the title of rapper TiKkO Rome's debut album. The term was created in reference to a rhyming style in which every syllable rhymes with another word in the pattern.
Following subsequent use of the word on The Murder Master Music Show, the term gained popularity among underground hip-hop fans.
