A cross of the words Substance and Sustenance to describe whatever Taco Bell is calling "Meat" these days.

Dave: Did you see that new thing at Taco Bell?
MIKE: Nope what is it this month?
Dave: IDK some kind of food substenance.
Mike: add Nacho Cheeze and I'm so there!
