A group of American men, primarily of Black/African-American descent, who recently obtained a United States Passport due to being frustrated of women in the United States refusing them instant sexual access. Because of their lack of sexual access to women in their respective US state or city, they opted to travel to foreign, third-world countries outside of the United States for cheap, easy access to women in dire poverty.
